沒有晨便是不正常的 !!
專家說， 宿便產生的毒素在人體內部作祟，會讓人頭痛、體重大幅增加、便秘、口氣難聞、臉上出現色斑、皮膚失去光澤、失眠、注意力不集中、無緣故的抑鬱、生暗瘡等等問題，甚至會造成 ' 向心性 ' 肥胖，因為宿便堆積造成多餘脂肪也沉積在腸壁，同時在腐敗菌的作用下產生大量的氣體，使腹部體積增大，腹圍加大，久而久 之腹部肌膚鬆弛，腹部前凸，中間大，兩頭小，形如棗核。
